吕凤珍,女,副教授,博士,硕士生导师。主要从事低维纳米薄膜的光电特性及存储性能等研究。在Applied Materials & Interfaces、Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Nanomaterials、Materials Today and Communications 等国内外著名期刊上发表学术论文20篇有余,主持及参与国家自然科学基金项目2项,省级科研项目多项。所讲课程有《大学物理实验》、《材料合成与制备新技术》等。

1. 国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,12104106,无铅双钙钛矿基阻变存储器的光控阻变特性及可逆转换机制研究,在研,主持。

2. 广西自然科学基金面上项目,2018GXNSFAA294021,基于多场调控的钙钛矿结构有机-金属卤化物的非易失双极阻变特性研究,已结题,主持。

3. 广西自然科学基金青年基金项目,2018GXNSFBA281073,基于磁电场调控的类钙钛矿结构有机-过渡金属氯化物晶体的非易失阻变特性研究,已结题,主持。

4. 广西师范大学“独秀青年学者”培育项目,在研,主持。
