一、研究经历

2010年9月~2013年7月在广东工业大学攻读微电子学与固体电子学工学硕士学位,主要从事化合物薄膜太阳能电池研究;2013年8月~2016年6月到中山大学物理科学与工程技术学院攻读凝聚态物理专业博士学位,开展荧光纳米材料及其生物医学检测应用研究。目前主要从事低维半导体材料可控生长、光学传感器件等基础研究与技术开发工作,主持国家自然科学基金1项,主持省部级科研项目2项,主持省部共建国家重点实验室开放基金、广西高等教育本科教学改革工程项目(重点项目)和校级教学教育改革项目各1项,获广西教育厅高校优秀教师深造项目1项。近年来在Applied Physics Letter, Applied Surface Science, Results in Physics等SCI收录的权威期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,申请或授权国家发明专利多项,担任过Energy Storage Materials, Applied Materials & Interfaces等国际学术期刊审稿人。
